All orders are shipped from our warehouse or partner fulfillment centers based in Hong Kong / Mainland China, depending on product availability.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Hong Kong: 2–5 business days

  • Asia: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, local courier issues, or unexpected logistics disruptions.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24–72 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

SNKOO Beauty is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or local handling charges applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to refusal or inability to deliver, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and any additional redelivery charges.
