Who is responsible for customs clearance?

Does free shipping include return shipping?

For expensive machines, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Yes! We offer free logo customization on both the machine body and the boot-up interface.

English is the default system language. Additional languages can be added upon request.
