Order Processing & Shipment
Our products are professional-use beauty devices designed for salons and clinics. Most orders are made-to-order and require a production time of up to 7 days before shipping.
You may request a full refund only before the order has been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled without incurring shipping fees, as our devices are large and heavy.
If a refund is requested after shipment, both the outbound shipping cost and any return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable or Partial-Refund Situations
Returns or partial refunds may not be accepted if:

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a certain number of days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the product has been shipped, the outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Gift Policy
We primarily serve professional customers and do not offer gift labeling or gift packaging services.
Therefore, all orders are treated as standard commercial purchases, and the following terms apply:

If the recipient of the product is not the purchaser, the recipient must obtain authorization from the purchaser to request a return.
